Compensation: Pay Range: $81,525 - $132,475/year. Duties
To conduct business requirements reviews, technical systems specifications and systems process analysis. To develop detailed selection evaluation criteria. To analyze and re-engineer business processes using industry standard tools and methods with understanding of the technical and business environments. To partner with business process experts to learn and understand problems with software. To develop innovative IT solutions for risky and demanding business situations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for routine tasks and incident resolution assigned to the Collaboration Team.
- Maintain and support the SharePoint 2016 infrastructure, ensuring stability and performance.
- Identify, evaluate, recommend, and implement Microsoft 365 solutions and applications, including Teams, Office, Outlook, Power Automate, PowerApps, OneDrive, Bookings, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
- Assist with the migration of email services from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft 365.
- Serve as an Exchange Administrator, managing configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Administer Microsoft 365 security settings in collaboration with the Information Security Team to ensure compliance and protection.
- Stay informed on Microsoft 365 updates, changes, and new releases, and proactively communicate relevant information to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain documentation for standards, procedures, and best practices related to collaboration technologies.
- Ensure that requests and projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding system performance, issues, and resolutions.
- Act as an escalation point for Level I analysts, offering guidance and advanced troubleshooting support.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Systems or a related field and six (6) years of related experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications in an enterprise environment.
- Microsoft 365 certifications (one or more) are preferred.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and basic development capabilities.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- Proven success in collaborative team environments.
- Experience in project management, including defining scope, documenting deliverables, and establishing service level agreements.
