Rowan-Cabarrus Community College seeks a Systems Administrator specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The chosen candidate will be tasked with the day-to-day oversight and maintenance of the college’s ERP system, Colleague. This pivotal role centers on ensuring the stability, safeguarding the security, and optimizing the performance of the ERP system. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for investigating and implementing enterprise-level solutions tailored to the specific needs of the college. The ERP System Administrator plays a crucial part in sustaining institutional functions and advancing strategic objectives through proficient ERP resource management.

Required Education: Associate’s

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in ERP system administration or related role, with hands-on experience administering Ellucian Colleague preferred
• Strong understanding of ERP system architecture, database management principles, and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of data security best practices, regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., FERPA), and ITIL framework principles.

Salary: minimum $54,075.39
