Executive Assistant
The primary purpose of this position centers on four areas. First, to support the Dean with organizing meetings and communication, workflow of the Dean’s Office, and maintaining administrative documents of the School of Education. Second, this position provides key leadership of School of Education Staff functioning, engagement, and workflow, identifying and implementing strategies for the continuous improvement of staff effectiveness and engagement. Third, this position manages School of Education facilities and associated planning of space allocation. Fourth, this position oversees operations and logistics of the School of Education and associated functions.
Minimum Qualifications
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENCY AND THREE YEARS OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE; OR GRADUATION OR ASSOCIATE’S DEGREE IN SECRETARIAL SCIENCE, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE AND ONE YEAR OF PROGRESSIVELY RESPONSIBLE ADMINISTRATIVE/OFFICE MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE; OR BACHELOR’S DEGREE, PREFERABLY IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION OR A RELATED DISCIPLINE; OR EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE. ALL DEGREES MUST BE RECEIVED FROM APPROPRIATELY ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS.
