Executive Director, IE/Desert Regional Consortium (Inst. Advancement & Economic Dev)-District
BASIC FUNCTION
Leads the Inland Empire/Desert Regional Consortium (IEDRC), an initiative of the California Community Colleges' Chancellor's Office Workforce and Economic Development Division; serves as the IEDRC chair and is responsible for managing and guiding the work of the consortium in support of the K12 and community colleges in Riverside and San Bernardino counties.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED
Receives general direction from the area administrator, and directs the work of assigned personnel, including IEDRC directors, staff, and external consortium partners.
Education and Experience
A master's degree in business administration, economics, education, or a related field; and six (6) years of senior-level experience leading directors and/or managers in complex workforce initiatives, including responsibility for strategic planning and grant management; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
