Executive Director of Finance and Facilities
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND FACILITIES, Alumni Association (AA) and Resource Development (RD), will provide strategic and operational leadership for financial management, administrative services, and facilities across AA and RD; be accountable for aligning financial strategy, facilities infrastructure, and financial resource planning with Institute and departmental priorities; advise executive leadership on financial implications of strategic decisions, bringing a forward-looking, data-informed perspective; serve as the senior advisor on financial, administrative and facilities matters, leading long-range planning, ensuring effective stewardship of resources, and driving continuous improvement in financial management and facilities operations; directs a team of administrative and support staff; and be accountable for organization design, talent management and development of the finance and facilities team.

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree; a minimum of ten years of financial and administrative leadership experience, higher education or complex nonprofit environment preferred; demonstrated success leading financial strategy in complex organizations; proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives; strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities; be highly self-directed with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines; experience hiring, training, evaluating, professionally developing and performance managing team members; experience providing strategic direction to other senior leaders as well as direct reports; excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels; and high degree of discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential matters. PREFERRED: Advanced degree; advanced Excel expertise (including pivot tables and complex workbooks); experience with SAP and BrioQuery or Cognos; familiarity with PowerPoint and presentation tools; and knowledge of fundraising operations and experience working with volunteers.
This is a hybrid position with a combination of on-campus and remote work.
