Job Description
NUS Centre for Population Health (CPH) oversees the research, administration and operation of the Health District @ Queenstown (HD@QT) project, alongside teams in NUHS and HDB.
Health District @ Queenstown is a first-of-its-kind multi-stakeholder pilot co-led by NUS, NUHS and HDB. Our goal is to create a complete environment to promote and enable successful ageing through the life course, helping Singapore residents stay healthy, strong, resilient and productive and enabling Singapore to reap the longevity dividend of the extra decades of life. Successful interventions in the Health District @ Queenstown will enable scalable and sustainable interventions to the rest of Singapore to address the social, economic, environmental and structural determinants of health.
We are seeking (Senior) Executive, Operations to support day-to-day operations for Health District @ Queenstown HQ and administrative duties for NUS Centre for Population Health.

At HD@QT, you will play a pivotal role in advancing initiatives at the intersection of public health, longevity, and community innovation. This role offers unique exposure to senior leaders across NUS, NUHS, HDB, and international partners, along with opportunities to contribute to high-impact events, strategic collaborations, and research partnerships. For early-career professionals or exceptional fresh graduates, this is a rare opportunity to build a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and project execution in a mission-driven environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and support planning and execution of key HQ engagements/events, including but are not limited to:
- Governance meetings with the Steering Committee, International Advisory Panel, and senior leadership of NUS/ NUHS/ HDB
- Visits/ meetings with local/ international visitors
- Domestic/ overseas study trips, conferences and symposiums
- Engagements with existing and prospective researchers, donors, and other partners
- Internal HQ meetings and events
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational and strategic activities (e.g., research collaborations, fundraising, industry partnerships).
- Support HQ operations and administration, including procurement, contract management, claims processing, and database management.
- Contribute to new initiatives and special projects as assigned by the Reporting Manager or HOD.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, social sciences, business, international relations, or related disciplines)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open to candidates at different career stages: Early-career professionals or fresh graduates with exceptional drive, adaptability, and learning agility; Experienced professionals with leadership, partnership-building, or event management experience, seeking to contribute strategically while guiding and mentoring others
