Job Description

The candidate will join the Undergraduate Studies division of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences supporting its administrative tasks and new initiatives. The division manages the academic journey of our students in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (College of Humanities and Sciences). We handle student admission, curriculum matters, timetable planning, course registration, examination administration, special academic programme administration and other academic-related matters.

The expected duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate are:

• Manage student admission and curriculum matters
• Manage student academic programmes such as double-degree and cross-disciplinary programmes
• Manage general administration (recruitment, finance and purchasing)
• Provide academic counselling to undergraduates

Qualifications

• At least a general degree
• Good writing and data analytics skills
• Meticulous and good organisation skills
• Enjoy interacting with students
• Good working knowledge of MS Office

Remuneration package will be commensurate with qualification and experience of the successful candidate. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
