Facilities Associate I

Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $16.63 - Midpoint: $19.95 (Hourly N3)

Department/Organization: 504103 - Grounds

Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm; May vary and include overtime as required

Job Summary: The Facilities Associate I assists in the organization and coordination of office operations, procedures, and resources.

Required Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U.S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions.

Skills and Knowledge: Good communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications: General knowledge of University purchasing procedures and the UA work order system. Associate's degree or higher.
