FINANCIAL AFFAIRS ASSOCIATE II

Job Description

To provide technical financial support for an assigned organization unit. To review requests and determine appropriateness with regard to institutional requirements, proper authorization, and conformance with established regulations. To assist with the maintenance and reconciliation of budgets and accounts, review requisitions, and order equipment and supplies. To collect financial information and provide reports and analyses as needed.

This position assists students and customers in Student Accounting. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills. Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary range

$15.00 - $15.45 per hour

Qualifications

Associate's degree and two (2) years of experience required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement.
