"German Adjunct Lecturer"

The Department of Languages, Cultures & Applied Linguistics at Carnegie Mellon University seeks applications for a part-time adjunct lecturer position to teach courses in German Language and Culture during the Spring 2026 semester.  Courses will be taught in German, in person at our Pittsburgh campus.

Prospective candidates should have native or near-native proficiency in German and English, a Master’s degree or beyond in an appropriate area of German Studies, and a record of outstanding teaching at the university level. Course load will be 1-2 courses.
