Job Description
This position fills an important need to actively recruit graduate students into the multiple programs with capacity, creating a greater funnel for conversion of students. It would support not only current existing graduate programs, but help with active recruitment for new and future programs, help refine our admissions processes in our application platform, and ensure qualified applicants in the pipeline. In addition, while housed in the Office of Graduate Studies, this position would provide outreach across our current undergraduate programs and faculty, connecting prospective students with current graduate students and faculty, and promote accelerated degree programs for even greater retention.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (Conferred on an official transcript at the time of application).
- Valid Driver’s License
- Expertise in social media applications and constituent outreach
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment.
- Graduate degree (e.g., Master’s) (Conferred on an official transcript at the time of application).
- Familiarity with graduate programs and graduate/university policies and procedures.
- Ability to learn, retain, and communicate a wide range of information.
- Ability to communicate effectively through interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
- Ability to plan and execute complex travel arrangements.
- Ability and willingness to travel and work some weekends and evenings.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
Salary Range
$47,788.00 - $78,458.00

Other Requirements: Some periodic extended travel required for graduate recruitment events. Must have ability to transport, lift, and carry bulky recruitment materials to remote sites. This position requires a valid, applicable driver’s license, as well as DVS records check with an acceptable rating.
Telework: Up to 20% of the time.
