Job Description
The Graduate Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the operational and strategic framework of the graduate schools. This position leads efforts in data reporting, systems management, and process improvement to support recruitment, admission, retention, and graduation initiatives. The analyst advises leadership on strategic needs and drives innovation in system utilization and resource optimization.
This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time. Candidates who already hold valid U.S. work authorization may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Systems Management: Overseeing graduate school systems and platforms and ensuring seamless integration across systems - to include CRM for admissions and graduation. [30%]
- Reporting & Analytics: Creating dashboards, generating reports for strategic planning, admissions, recruitment, retention, assistantships, and other needed areas. [30%]
- Analyze trends and performance indicators to inform policy, budgeting, and resource allocation [20%]
- Data Strategy: define data needs and consistency of data receipt in an ongoing basis [10%]
- Optimization: Streamlining workflows, improving data accuracy, and enhancing staff performance through data informed/ best practice functions/ suggestions [10%]
Minimum Qualifications
- An earned Bachelor degree in a related field plus 2 years of related experience, or commensurate experience.
- Experience working with relational database technology, including SQL queries.
- Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to convey detailed data analytics to a wide audience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field
- At least three years of experience in higher education administration, data analysis or systems management
- At least three years of experience building and managing CRM, ERP, and auxiliary systems
- Exposure to business process analysis and requirement gathering concepts
- Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in data reporting tools and student information systems.
Additional Information

Salary will be between $50,000 and $60,000 per year, commensurate with education and experience.
