The University of Exeter is seeking a Head of Learning Academy to lead a new service transforming learning and development for staff.

Role Summary: This strategic leadership role involves shaping and delivering the institution’s approach to colleague learning, ensuring alignment with Strategy 2030. It covers academic and professional services, focusing on skills development for staff success.

Key Details:

• Location: Exeter, Hybrid
• Salary: £65,827 to £82,935 on Grade H
• Hours: Full Time
• Contract: Permanent
• Start Date: Available from January 2026
