  • Total Remuneration $95,618 to $107,560 pa (including salary of $80,799 to $90,890 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading)

The Students Directorate is responsible for delivering high quality support services that enhance the student journey across all campuses, including frontline service delivery, campus operations and student engagement initiatives. The Directorate works closely with faculties and divisions to ensure a connected, solutions focused and personalised experience for our University community.

As a key member of the Student Services SPOT team, you will contribute to the smooth day to day operation of the campus while planning and delivering events and activities that enrich staff and student life. You will act as the first point of contact, coordinate operational matters such as facilities and finance processes, and provide professional administrative and committee support.

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable professional with strong organisational skills, experience using large corporate systems, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Based at our CQUniversity Melbourne Campus, you will join a collaborative team committed to student success and service excellence, making a meaningful impact on the campus experience.

Position Requirements

  • Ability to quickly acquire knowledge about policies, procedures, programs and requirements.
  • Proven time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to organise work, meet deadlines and resolve problems with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in the operation of computers including knowledge of business support software including word processing, spread-sheeting, email and database systems.
