Human Resources Student Assistant (Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier) - Federal Work Study
Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier. Provides administrative and clerical support to the Human Resources department. They will assist with various tasks, including managing employee records, recruitment coordination, and general office duties. Specifically, they often handle tasks like maintaining employee databases and assisting with employee onboarding and training.
Responsibilities
- Able to handle administrative tasks related to new hires, employment documentation, onboarding, backgrounds, references, trainings, orientations, etc.
- Maintain employee records, training and compliance records, and databases.
- Assist in recruitment efforts and job fairs.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Prefer Business Administration or Human Resources majors.
- Minimum of 10 hours of work per week is preferable.
Required Qualifications
- Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
