Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Boys & Girls Clubs of Lanier. The Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Administrative Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship and serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the office of the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO such as active calendar appointments, expense reports, and composing and preparing itineraries and agendas.
- Plans and coordinates CEP schedule. Updates binders and files in CEO’s office.
- Keeps documents for CEO, agreements, MOU, and list of deliverables for all grant related requests.
- Serves as the administrative liaison to Board of Directors and Advisory Board of Directors.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Prefer Business Administration/Management, Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, Pre-Law, English or majors.
- Minimum of 10 hours of work per week is preferable.
Required Qualifications
Must be enrolled at the University of North Georgia in a minimum of six (6) credit hours to qualify as a student worker.
