Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Currently working as a professional in a Human Resources capacity (i.e. early talent acquisition, hiring, training, etc) within one of our 6 career interest communities. Preference is given to higher appointment demand areas, including Engineering and Tech, Business & HR, Health & Life Sciences.
• Well-versed in resume development, interviewing strategies, and contemporary job/internship search techniques.
• Must be able to commit to 2 hours per week virtually.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Comfortable working in a virtual setting, interacting 1:1 with student clientele.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience recruiting entry-level undergraduate talent for internship and/or full-time positions and/or 2 years of experience working with the undergraduate student population in an advising capacity.
• Familiarity with the Handshake Platform.
