Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the MS in Biomedical Sciences program.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum to ensure academic quality and compliance with accreditation standards.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate personnel associated with the program.
• Lead student recruitment, admissions, advising, and academic progression efforts.
• Promote faculty-student research and secure external funding to support program initiatives.
• Manage program operations, including course scheduling, assessment, and reporting.
• Represent the program within the University and to external partners in academia, government, and industry.
• Promote research opportunities and collaborations for students and faculty.
• Establish partnerships with biomedical industries, government agencies, and research institutions to enhance experiential learning and career pathways.
• Pursue external funding to support program development, research, and student support
• Maintain compliance with university, state, and accrediting body requirements.
• Build partnerships with medical, graduate, and other professional schools for student placement
