The School
The York Business School is an ambitious and growing academic unit with Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME) and Work Related Experiential Learning embedded in teaching. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate degrees with a focus on research, teaching, and an inclusive student experience.
The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Lecturer to contribute to undergraduate programs in Economics. Responsibilities include teaching in various settings such as tutorials, seminars, lectures, assessment, and providing pastoral and academic support to students. The successful candidate will be supported in developing a research profile.
Key Requirements
Candidates must have expertise in teaching Economics at undergraduate level, with an interest in areas like Environmental Economics or Experimental Economics welcome. A doctoral level qualification or near completion is essential. The candidate will be supported in building a research profile in Economics or Finance.
