Lecturer

Position: Lecturer

The Department of Comparative Literature at Princeton University has an occasional curricular need for lecturers to teach, co-teach, or lead precepts in any comparative literature area, including any period (e.g., medieval, early modern), any language (e.g., Asian, European, African languages), and any texts (e.g., novels, film, popular culture). The department accepts applications in advance in the event the occasion arises where such lecturers are needed. Those who compare texts across two or more languages would be prioritized. Any appointments and duty time are subject to enrollments, and would have an expected start date of January 16, 2026.
