Position Overview

The Ohio State University at Newark seeks a part time semester lecturer to teach ESPSY 2309 online asynchronously and ESPHE 3206 at MW 2:20-3:40pm in Autumn 2026. Responsible for facilitation of in-class learning activities, assessments (i.e., quizzes, exams, and homework if applicable), offering of weekly office hours, submission of grades, and resolution of any ongoing student or course issues.

Performance Objectives

Teaching:

Develop and deliver courses in formats that could include in classroom, online, or hybrid. Contribute to the creation and improvement of course content.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Required: Masters degree or equivalent. Evidence of successful teaching at a post-secondary level.
• Desired: PhD. Familiarity with OSUs Primary Childhood Education major.
