LEO Lecturer III-Operations Management
The College of Business at the University of Michigan-Dearborn is seeking applications for a part-time lecturer in Operations Management / Supply Chain Management, starting January 2026. The position will be responsible for teaching students enrolled in both introductory and upper-level operations management / supply chain management courses. Experience in some combination of the following areas is desired: supply chains, quality management, digitalization and automation, sourcing, logistics, operations research, and sustainable operations. The ability to teach at the graduate level is preferred but not required.
Successful candidates must have a graduate degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines (Master's or Ph.D.) and significant professional experience. Other professional qualifications, previous experience teaching operations management / supply chain management at the university level, recent relevant work experience, and/or a history of scholarly research and publications, are highly preferred. Support for professional development is available.
This position is covered under the collective bargaining agreement between the U-M and the Lecturers Employee Organization, AFL-CIO, which contains and settles all matters with respect to wages, benefits, hours and other terms and conditions of employment.
