LGBTQ Mental Health Postdoctoral Associate in NYC
The Yale LGBTQ Mental Health Initiative, part of the Yale School of Public Health, is seeking a postdoctoral associate to become involved in research pertaining to LGBTQ individuals’ mental health, involving epidemiological studies, clinical trials, and implementation science. The postdoctoral associate will apply advanced statistical analytic, manuscript writing, and project coordination skills across these tasks, while also playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of a dynamic team of faculty, research scientists, and students committed to advancing LGBTQ mental health through research (https://medicine.yale.edu/lgbtqmentalhealth/). Approximately one day of clinical intervention delivery and supervision in the context of clinical trials is also expected.
This position is supported by a combination of federal, foundation, and internal funds. The position can provide postdoctoral clinical hours and supervision necessary for licensure as a psychologist in New York and other states.
This position takes place in-person from our community-based research lab, located in Midtown Manhattan, easily accessible by public transportation.
