  • Primary Duties and ResponsibilitiesThis position requires active teaching, research, and service related to the discipline.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesPossess the knowledge, talents, and skills in International Business or a closely related field and in multiple teaching methodologies including hybrid, flipped, and blended courses.
  • Demonstrate respect for the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement curriculum objectives and content for International Business courses taught.
  • Demand and maintain high standards and expectations for all students.
  • Physical RequirementsSedentary- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
  • Required Minimum QualificationsMinimum of an earned doctoral degree in management, international business or closely related field with appropriate research in International Business (ABD will be considered if all requirements are completed by date of hire, August 1, 2025). Candidates must be qualified as Scholarly Academic (SA) in International Business under AACSB accreditation standards. Research and/or dissertation must be related to an area of International Business taught within the College of Business.
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the requirements of AACSB accreditation.
  • A background search will be required of the successful candidate.
