About the Role
The Manager, Education Innovation is responsible for leading digital learning initiatives and delivering innovative solutions within the Education Innovation Studio. The role also oversees a range of projects focused on creating transformative, multimedia-rich learning experiences.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Education Design and Development, the Manager provides leadership and expert advice to enhance educational practices through the application of innovative teaching methodologies and technologies.
To achieve these outcomes, the Manager leads a team dedicated to designing and developing student-centred, technology-enhanced learning experiences grounded in strong pedagogical principles and best practice. The role also involves exploring and evaluating emerging technologies and tools and ensuring their effective and seamless integration into learning design and delivery.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Demonstrated experience with effectively leading complex education-based projects and programs with significant change impact in organisational operational excellence
- Demonstrated commitment to, and experience in, technology enhanced learning and teaching in tertiary education (higher education and/or pathways and vocational education).
- Demonstrated experience with implementing quality teaching and learning processes to enhance the student experience
- Ability to liaise with staff across the University and externally to support the embedding of technology in learning and teaching

Qualifications
A postgraduate qualification and extensive relevant experience in education / innovation and training; or extensive management experience and proven management expertise in education/innovation and training; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
