Off-Site Operations, Events and Inventory Specialist

The VandalStore Off-Site Operations, Events, and Inventory Specialist oversees the operations of the Customer Creation Center and manages the flow of merchandise to off-site locations and pop-up events. This role ensures efficient preparation, handling, and distribution of products while maintaining inventory accuracy and quality control across multiple locations, including Joe on the Go!, the Coeur d'Alene Center, MOSS, and future expansion sites and merchandise lines.

The specialist also serves as a key point of contact for students, faculty, administration, alumni, and the public, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the store's financial and operational goals.

Duties will include:

• Coordinating logistics and workflows
• Monitoring inventory levels
• Tracking shipments
• Troubleshooting operational challenges in real time
• Manages scheduling deliveries and events
• Implements process and technology improvements
• Ensures compliance with safety standards across all facilities
