Open Rank Non-Tenure Track positions, Kelley School of Business, OBHR
The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University invites applicants for an open rank non-tenure-track faculty position in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management area to begin fall 2026. For a candidate to be considered at the Clinical classification, a Ph.D. or DBA degree in management or a related field is required and must be completed by no later than August 2026. Candidates to be considered at the Lecturer classification must have a master’s degree in the area of appointment (management, organizational behavior, human resource management) or related field. We encourage applications from candidates with significant professional experience and, ideally, experience teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels; teaching experience in the online modality is also highly desirable.
