Assistant Professor - Fixed Term
Position Summary
To Teach HRLR 809 Economics in Human Resources, Fall 2024, in the School of Human Resources and Labor Relations. This course provides students with the knowledge, skills and tools to manage human resources at an organization level and to understand broad economic trends at the labor market level.
Required Degree
Doctorate - Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum Requirements
- PhD in human resources management or related field.
- Successful experience as an instructor or teaching assistant in a related area at university level.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to teach effectively at the undergraduate or graduate level.
- Demonstrated ability with undergraduate or graduate students.
- Emerging or established record of scholarly activity.
