About the role:
The UNSW IT Cyber Security directorate drives the strategic uplift of cyber security across the University. With several major cyber initiatives underway, this role plays a key part in their success.
This role will report to the Lead Organisational Change Manager and closely work to deliver end-to-end change activities that support the Strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program and its Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) implementation. This program spans systems, processes, and ways of working, and requires a proactive solution-focused approach.
You will help design and deliver change strategies and plans that enable the University community to adopt new identity and access management capabilities. The role involves engaging senior stakeholders, providing clear guidance on impacts and readiness, and ensuring change activities align with the program’s accountability and governance framework.
Who you are
- Extensive experience in OCM supporting enterprise-scale cyber security initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills with key stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
- Proven ability to exercise independent judgement and problem solving with the ability to resolve and address OCM issues as they arise.
- OCM certification (e.g., Prosci) or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies, such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK.
- Knowledge of health and safety responsibilities and commitment to relevant health and safety training.
- Experience in the University / Higher Education sector is desirable.
