OSI Project Manager
The OSI Project Manager supports innovation and operational excellence within the Graduate School, coordinating projects and operations focused on enhancing graduate student success. As a key member of the Operations Strategy and Innovation (OSI) team, this position manages the intake, execution, and delivery of data and technology-related projects; champions process improvements; and serve as a bridge between stakeholders, technology partners, and leadership. This position works across the Graduate School and its interdisciplinary graduate programs (IGPs) align with stakeholder needs and timelines. This person liaisons with OTDI, Institutional Research and Planning, and other university units to maintain communications and support continuous progress on joint efforts. This person leads efforts to promote our graduate survey (SERU) and support the follow through on university on implementation of action to support students.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years of relevant experience required.
- Demonstrated knowledge of higher education student business processes.
- Proven experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and delivering results in complex environments.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship management skills, and organizational skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with database management, data analysis, and reporting.
- Track record of improving processes and outcomes through cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience leading change management initiatives and supporting diverse teams.
- Experience that demonstrates attention to detail and ability to thrive in deadline driven situations.
This position will be a hybrid role, with two days remote and three days in University Hall each week.

The target hiring range for this position is $64,900 - $71,000. The actual salary paid will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, years of experience, and internal equity.
