Project Manager
The Project Manager (PM) will be primarily responsible for the day-to-day coordination of grant activities and assisting the Project Director (PD), Project Coordinator (PC), and faculty with implementation and evaluation of the grant activities. In addition, the PM will assist with coordination of work with PDs and sites, liaisons with practice partners and community clinical sites, data storage and security backup, assisting faculty in accurate, timely, and efficient activities, assisting in database tracking regarding student clinical placement, confidential records, and budget management with audit trail.
The PM will be responsible for financial recordkeeping, processing grant expenditures and reconciling the budget, assisting with HR hiring, ordering supplies/inventory/ maintenance, developing and maintaining a database to track the activities and outcomes, processing student traineeship applications, tracking data regarding trainings, tracking post-graduation work status/area and assisting with coordinating clinical training, and planning meetings, taking minutes, and handling regular communication with the PD, PC, staff, students and partners and assisting with evaluation activities. The PM will assist the PD with all grant reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health-related field, project management, or business.
- Experience with Excel, budget management, Banner, and students in higher education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
