Join Te Mātāpuna Library & Learning Services as an Outreach and Engagement Officer at the City Campus Library, where you will play a key role in creating inclusive, vibrant spaces that support student success and wellbeing. This position offers the chance to design and deliver engaging programmes, events, and content that enhance learning experiences and foster community connections. To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in customer service, with a warm and professional approach to enquiries and support
- Curiosity, creativity, and a practical, results-focused approach to programme delivery and outreach

This role would be ideal for a recent graduate with experience in one or more of the following:
- Student outreach and engagement
- Customer services or events
- Creating work-related social media and other communications content

Salary Ranges | Ngā Utu: $59,000 - $60,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)
