With more than 50 majors, including interdisciplinary options, students can explore and develop their passions at Lafayette. Lafayette offers 23 athletic programs, and 20% of undergraduates are student-athletes. The campus community shows strong school spirit, cheering on teams in leopard print, maroon, and white. As Lafayette College enters its bicentennial year, it continues to receive national recognition for its commitment to academic excellence. In multiple rankings from respected outlets like U.S. News & World Report, Washington Monthly, and Forbes, as well as an inaugural list from LinkedIn, Lafayette College has once again been rated among the top colleges in the country.

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least five years of progressive experience in development, fundraising, or a related field is required for this position.
