Part-time Faculty, Plant Biology
The Department of Chemical and Biological Sciences at Youngstown State University is seeking qualified applicants for part-time teaching by semester primarily in our Field Botany, Plant Diversity, or Plant Physiology lecture and laboratory courses, or for General Biology lecture/lab courses as needed.
Plans, organizes, teaches, and provides feedback to promote and direct student success. Responds to students promptly. Communicates with students, departments, and university officials via university-provided tools and resources.

Minimum Qualifications: At least a Master of Science Degree in Biology or closely related field must be completed before the start date. Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching college-level biology courses, particularly lecture and laboratory courses in botany, plant diversity, or plant physiology.
