Part - Time Instructor, Graphic Communications - Jumpstart - FY 2026

Job Description

Responsibilities of a Jumpstart Part-time Graphic Communications Instructor include but are not limited to:

• Teach Graphic Communication courses with the CSN Jumpstart Concurrent Enrollment Program at your high school.
• Develop syllabi and course materials.
• Evaluate student mastery of skills and competencies required by course outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Applicants must be pre-approved by the Media Technologies Department - Graphic Communications and Early College Programs Office before submitting an application in Workday.
• Graphic design, advertising, web design/development experience - minimum 5 years
• Experience using industry standard software

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in graphics-related field
• Previous experience teaching classes.

Jumpstart Salary
$1000.00 per class per semester
