Job Description

SUMMARY

Under administrative leadership, it is the responsibility of part time faculty to perform tasks which support advancement of the visions, missions, and values of the colleges and District. Part time faculty have responsibilities in regards to their classroom assignment, evaluation of students, curriculum, student advising, professional development, and any assignment-specific needs.

Faculty Part Time Instructor Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's in fine arts (defined to include visual studio arts such as drawing, painting, sculpture, printmaking, ceramics, textiles, and metal and jewelry art), art, or art history OR
• Bachelor's in fine arts, art, or art history AND Master's in humanities OR
• The equivalent.
