The Opportunity

As the Project Officer, Student Academic Programs, you will play an important role in delivering initiatives that strengthen student belonging, academic confidence and success across the University. This position offers the opportunity to coordinate the Peer Assisted Study Sessions (PASS) program and provide high‑level administrative and project support within Access, Inclusion and Success (AIS). You will work closely with students, academic and professional staff to ensure the smooth delivery of timetabling, recruitment, training, data collection and key student events.

In this role, you will apply your organisational skills, communication capability and sound judgement to support end‑to‑end program delivery, contribute to continuous improvement, and uphold high standards of service, compliance and stakeholder engagement. Working under the broad direction of the Senior Coordinator, Student Academic Programs, you will prepare documentation, reports and updates, while managing complex administrative processes that keep PASS activities running effectively and aligned with AIS’s strategic priorities.
