"Patient Referral Coordinator"

Serve as a liaison between insurance and health care providers to ensure the timely coordination, and accurate processing, of patient referrals required for medical specialty visits.

Performs duties to assist in the referral process within the TTP Clinics, including, tracking referrals, coordinating with referring providers and specialists, ensuring timely appointments, managing communication with patients, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, all while maintaining compliance with regulations and optimizing patient flow through the TTP Clinic system.
