Job Summary
Post-Doctoral Fellow working with Dr. Xie on grant-funded projects in the field of immunology and cancer immunotherapy.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Background in immunology, cancer therapy, and/or cell engineering.
• Strong ability to conduct independent research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Ph.D. degree in immunology, cancer immunotherapy, pharmaceutical sciences, bioengineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of one first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
  • Experience with mammalian cell culture and in vitro/in vivo tumor models.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience:
  • Working with xenograft models in immunodeficient mice for assessing cancer therapeutics.
  • Performing mouse tail vein injection and IVIS bioluminescence imaging.
  • Familiarity with molecular cloning and lentiviral transduction.
