Position Type: Full-Time/Regular

The Practice Manager for Registration will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational activities of the Registration Department and the Data Collection/ Urgent Care Treatment Center at Boston University School of Dental Medicine (BUSDM). The Practice Manager is responsible for managing the clinical care supervisor and a team of patient coordinators. The Practice Manager is responsible for developing and managing an environment that fosters teamwork among the staff and faculty while providing excellent customer service to our patients and students. This includes but is not limited to interacting with all staff and faculty employees on various operational matters while assisting with the development and implementation of the annual goals.

Required Skills: Bachelor's Degree required along with 3-5 years of experience.
