Program Change Lead

As the Program Change Lead, you will play a critical role in leading the delivery and coordination of change activity across the University’s Student Services Transformation Program (SSTP). Reporting to the SSTP Program Manager, Change and Communications, this role operates within established program strategy, governance and priorities to consolidate impacts across projects, surface insights, and support leaders to enable effective adoption. You will work closely with Program Leadership, PMO, Communications, Training and project-level change leads to orchestrate change delivery at scale, manage interdependencies, and strengthen consistency and maturity of change practice across the program — with a strong focus on student and staff experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the delivery and coordination of program-wide change activity**,** consolidating impacts, dependencies and adoption risks across projects
- Provide change insights and advice to support leaders**,** including readiness, sequencing and change saturation considerations
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement approaches**,** partnering with Communications and project teams to ensure alignment and consistency
- Oversee change readiness, measurement and capability uplift, working with Training and project change leads to support sustained adoption
- Strengthen change practice across the program**,**providing coaching, quality assurance and support to change practitioners
You may be a great fit if
You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and over three years of change management experience, with extensive skills in stakeholder management, strategic advice, and communication strategies within a complex organisational context.
You may also:
- Have extensive knowledge and skills in change management planning, governance, and strategy.
- Understand contemporary change management methodologies and tools.
- Possess experience in strategic advice and senior executive support.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in an agile environment.
- Value collaboration, service excellence, and building relationships in your workplace.

Salary:UoM 9 - $146,049 - $151,951 p.a. (pro rata for part-time) plus 17% super
