About the opportunity:

We are looking for a proactive Integrity & Resolution Manager to help strengthen how the University manages complaints, student conduct, grievances and complex student matters. This role is for someone who enjoys building trust, lifting capability across the institution, and shaping best-practice approaches that stand the test of scrutiny.

Working closely with a small expert team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring matters are handled consistently, fairly and in line with legislative and policy requirements, while also helping academics and leaders feel confident navigating complex processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and work collaboratively across the University to ensure procedurally fair, consistent and timely management of complaints, student misconduct, grievances and medical leave matters.
  • Support senior leaders and decision-makers in managing complex and sensitive student cases, including direct engagement with Executive stakeholders
  • Develop, implement and embed best-practice complaints, conduct and integrity frameworks across the University.
  • Contribute to academic integrity initiatives, including preventative resources and cross-University working groups.

What we’re looking for:

  • A leadership style that is collaborative, supportive and grounded in integrity.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating complex matters within a higher education or similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of complaints management, misconduct, grievance or integrity processes, and procedural fairness.
  • The ability to build trust, influence practice and lift capability across diverse stakeholder groups.
