Job Description Summary
This position provides complex administrative and programmatic support to managers, employees, students, and office visitors by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. Will be responsible for arranging event logistics, drafting correspondence, reports, and itineraries. The ability to multitask, while maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support, is essential in this position. Ensuring steady completion of the workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.

- Coordinate a range of activities for a specific program/ department/ set of projects
- Write routine to complex correspondences/reports
- Oversee design and maintenance of website, including updating of web site
- Handle aspects of faculty/staff recruitment/promotion; handle searches for staff openings; assist with strategic plans and mission continuity for department
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
