Project Coordinator II - Pediatrics
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator is responsible for project coordination and project management within the Department of Pediatrics. This role will interact with many key stakeholders, such as faculty and division chiefs, while leading various projects.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates project/program management for the department of Pediatrics as assigned.
- Establishes milestones, management schedules, tracks progress and coordinates contributions within and beyond unit.
- Evaluates and assesses program/projects, providing constructive feedback and guidance as necessary.
- Develops tracking methods in Monday.com and other systems, and initiates reports. Summarizes and disseminates results.
- Manages communications of program/projects to team and exceutive director.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

$53,100.00 - $90,600.00 / AnnuallyThe salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including one's qualifications and performance, equity with others in the department, market rates for positions within the same grade and department budget.
