Project Manager
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Nursing and Allied Health Graduate Outcome Tracking (NAHGOT) within the University Department of Rural Health (UDRH). In this role, you will lead the development of data and reporting systems that track the outcomes of nursing and allied health graduates, particularly in rural and remote settings.
You will apply your expertise in data collection, analysis, and visualisation to deliver high-quality reports, respond to stakeholder queries, and provide insights that guide strategic planning. Collaboration is central to this role, working closely with academic, community, and industry partners to support evidence-based decision-making.
This position can be based at any Rural and Remote Health site across SA or NT.
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field, with extensive experience in IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into effective solutions and coordinate acceptance testing for data products. High attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong commitment to following protocols, standards, and ethical research principles. Experience with university systems such as TechnologyOne, DVE, StarRez, and InPlace, as well as skills in STATA, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel. Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks relevant to higher education and healthcare settings.
