Project/Program Coordinator (Hybrid) - Ophthalmology
Position Summary
Provides administrative/operational support for assigned project/program in department of Ophthalmology & Visual Sciences.
Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative/operational oversight of assigned program/project. Coordinates and facilitates global education program development.
- Develops project/program goals, objectives and plans in collaboration with management.
- Oversees implementation of project plan, monitors, tracks and evaluates progress.
- Oversees logistics and administrative duties duties (VISA related, research/investigate, onboarding & clearance, invitations and arrangements, record production, record/data management, coordinates events/meetings/lectures, etc.).
- Assists in development/management of department budget/finances.
- May manage/oversee work of staff and/or student workers.
- Conducts research, collects/analyzes data, oversees data entry.
- Coordinates general administrative support including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
