Quality Control - Player Development

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Quality Control – Player Development for Athletics – Football. This position will assist with the coaching of football student-athletes in concert with the Head Football Coach and within the rules of the NCAA and Rutgers University.

Among the key duties of the position are the following:

• Assist with providing tactical and technical on-field instruction to student-athletes.
• Assist with practice activities/drills.
• Assist with film breakdown and analysis.
• Assist with on-campus recruiting activities.
• Teach student-athletes time management and goal setting.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Coach.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience coaching and/or playing college football.

Equipment Utilized:

Computer, IPad, Microsoft Office, Catapult Thunder, Pro Footbal Focus, Good Notes, drive university vehicles.

Special Conditions:

Safe Driving Record.
