Registrar Specialist - Records
Job Summary
Provides clerical and administrative support for the Records and Registration areas of the Office of the Registrar.
Responsibilities
- Sets up courses and attributes in Banner each semester for eCore and GOML classes
- Reviews and processes total withdrawals submitted to the Office of the Registrar (voluntary, medical, military, hardship, unofficial, administrative)
- Processes transfer equivalency requests for the Office of the Registrar
- Coordinates processes for awarding tuition waivers, compiling documentation, and tracks compliance
- Process verification of enrollment, deferments, good student discounts, insurance, weekly unemployment forms, and other requests as needed
- Processes email and ticket requests as needed for the Records and Registration areas of the Registrar's Office
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
- Three (3) or more years of related work experience

- Ability to analyze and interpret data, and make independent decisions
Preferred Educational Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
Preferred Experience
- Supervisory experience
- Cross-cultural work experience
Proposed Salary
$19.71 per hour
This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
