Research Lab Specialist Assoc (term-limited)
Perform spatial transcriptomics analysis of pancreatic cancer precursor lesions and pancreatic cancer samples.
Set up a web-based application to make the data accessible to the broader community (following publication).
Analyze Xenium spatial transcriptomics data for the lab.
Integrate spatial data with single cell RNA sequencing data.
Bachelor's degree in related field, Master's preferred
1-3 years related experience
Applicant must be hard-working, highly motivated, able to work with minimal supervision
Applicant must have excellent oral and written English communication skills
This position is term-limited with the possibility of renewal based on need and available funding. At the end of the stated term, your appointment will terminate and will not be eligible for Reduction-in-Force (RIF) benefits. This term-limited appointment does not create a contract or guarantee of employment for any period of time as you will remain subject to disciplinary or other performance measures, up to and including termination, at the will of the University in accordance with existing University policy and standards for employee performance and conduct.
