Position Summary
The Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/ Oncology is seeking a Research Scientist.

In this role the Research Scientist position will support laboratory research focused on the development and evaluation of novel chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapies for cancer. In this role candidates will:

• Employ independent discretion and judgement in carrying out assignments within the predetermined research scope of the PI’s grant or projects.
• Incumbents receive general guidance on research objectives and project assignments with periodic review of results with Principal Investigator.
• The individual will work closely with the principal investigator and research team to conduct experiments, maintain laboratory operations, analyze data, and contribute to ongoing translational immunotherapy projects.

Minimum Qualifications

• Requires a graduate degree in the field of study or discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD
• 3 or more years of Post Doc experience

Salary Range
$58,000 - $80,000
